Time to drop the WWW

Colons WWW-EbertCreativeAs we have progressed through time with giving out web site addresses we have dropped more and more in the long line of info. Remember when we used to include “http://www.”? Since we end websites with .com, .us, .tv and other endings isn’t that obvious enough that the www. can now be dropped? Being a big advocate of removing visual clutter, I am a strong believer that it’s time to drop “www.”. Let the browser do the work and fill that in for recipient. Oh, and don’t forget, don’t indicate a phone number or e-mail address if it is obvious.
